Information collected
The enquiry form asks for your name, business name, email, phone, funding amount, category and purpose. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and access logs to operate and protect the website. Please do not submit identity documents, bank details or sensitive information through this form.
How your enquiry works
Submitting the form securely sends your details to Fortis at support@fortisapp.co.uk using Resend, our email delivery provider. The website host processes the request to operate and protect the service. We use a short-lived IP digest to limit repeated submissions; enquiry details are not stored in a website database or logged by our application.
Why we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements and take steps at your request before entering an agreement. We also rely on legitimate interests for business administration and security, and legal obligations where applicable. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Sharing and retention
Relevant information may be shared with suitable lenders when progressing your instructed case, and with service providers supporting communications, hosting and record keeping. We retain information only for the appropriate period under our data protection policy and applicable obligations. Safeguards are required where information is transferred internationally.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
